Prepare the Sauce

Butter 0.75 lb

Hellmann's® Ketchup with Honey Squeeze Bottle 12 x 14 oz 1.25 cups

Soy sauce 0.25 cup

Hot sauce 1.75 cups

Honey 0.67 cup

Sesame seeds, toasted 3.0 Tbsp
Prepare the Dipping Sauce

Roasted sesame oil 2.0 Tbsp

Honey 3.0 tsp

Lime, juiced 1.0 each
Prepare the Wings

Chicken wings, drumettes and wings 2.5 lbs

Vegetable oil for frying, as needed

Scallions, green parts only, (thin) sliced 0.75 cup
Preparation

Prepare the Sauce
- Melt the butter in sauté pan over medium high heat. Fry Hellmann's® Ketchup in butter for 1 minute. Add soy sauce and cook another 10 seconds. Pour in hot sauce and honey, bring to simmer and turn off heat. Finish with the Knorr® Ultimate Intense Flavors Roast Umami. Add toasted sesame seeds and hold warm until needed.

Prepare the Dipping Sauce
- Whisk together the Hellmann's® Mayonnaiseroasted sesame oil, honey and lime juice. Season to taste. Refrigerate until needed.

Prepare the Wings
- Roast wings in a 350F oven for 30 minutes.
- Fry the wings in a shallow pot or deep fryer until crisp. Toss with enough preparedsauce to coat. Garnish with sliced scallions and serve with prepared dipping sauce.
