Prepare the Dipping Sauce

Prepare the Wings

  • Chicken wings, drumettes and wings 2.5 lbs
  • Vegetable oil for frying, as needed
  • Scallions, green parts only, (thin) sliced 0.75 cup
  1. Prepare the Sauce

    • Melt the butter in sauté pan over medium high heat. Fry Hellmann's® Ketchup in butter for 1 minute. Add soy sauce and cook another 10 seconds. Pour in hot sauce and honey, bring to simmer and turn off heat. Finish with the Knorr® Ultimate Intense Flavors Roast Umami. Add toasted sesame seeds and hold warm until needed.
  2. Prepare the Dipping Sauce

    • Whisk together the Hellmann's® Mayonnaiseroasted sesame oil, honey and lime juice. Season to taste. Refrigerate until needed.
  3. Prepare the Wings

    • Roast wings in a 350F oven for 30 minutes.
    • Fry the wings in a shallow pot or deep fryer until crisp. Toss with enough preparedsauce to coat. Garnish with sliced scallions and serve with prepared dipping sauce.
