Winning White Bean and Tuna Wrap
Tuna wrapped up with white beans and balsamic mayonnaise made with Hellmann's® Light Mayonnaise.

Prepare the Balsamic Mayonnaise

Prepare the Wrap

Quinoa, prepared 1.25 cups

Tuna, canned 1.0 cup

Cannellini Beans, drained and rinsed 1.25 cups

Red Onion, diced 1.0 each

Cucumber, diced 0.5 cup

Tomato, diced 1.0 each

Lemon juice, fresh 1.0 oz

Olive oil 1.0 oz

Mint, fresh, chopped

Wraps, gluten-free 10.0 each

Balsamic Mayonnaise, prepared 1.0 cup

Arugula 10.0 cups
Preparation

Prepare the Balsamic Mayonnaise
- Combine Hellmann's® Light Mayonnaise and balsamic vinegar and reserve.

Prepare the Wrap
- Combine quinoa, tuna, cannellini beans, red onion, cucumber and tomato. Set aside.
- Combine lemon juice, olive oil and mint. Whisk well to combine. Drizzle over tuna mixture and toss to coat.
- Build wraps with prepared Balsamic Mayonnaise, tuna salad and arugula. Serve immediately.
