  1. Preparing the panini

    • Spread the half of the mayonnaise onto one side of each slice of bread and lay them out on a parchment-lined sheet pan.
    • Assemble the sandwiches by layering the gruyere cheese, cranberry sauce, shredded turkey, bread stuffing, and the remaining Hellmann’s Real Mayonnaise.
    • Press the sandwiches together and grill them, mayo side out, in a panini pan for 2-3 minutes, or until the bread is crusty and golden brown and the cheese is melted.
    • Serve with turkey gravy on the side for dipping. 
    TIP: Press the panini firmly with a spatula for evenly melted cheese and crispy bread.
