Turkey Sliders
A turkey patty topped with spinach, peppered bacon, onion jam, goat cheese, and tomato with lemon gin mayonnaise on a pretzel slider bun.

Prepare the Lemon Gin Mayonnaise

Prepare the Onion Jam

Sweet onion, julienne 2.0 each

Prepare the Burger Patties

Ground turkey 3.75 lbs

Italian seasoning 3.0 Tbsp

Salt, kosher 2.5 tsp
Prepare the Sliders

Ground Turkey Patties, prepared 30.0 each
-
Lemon Gin Mayonnaise, prepared 1.5 cups
-
Pretzel slider buns, toasted 30.0 each

Spinach 4.0 oz

Bacon, cooked 30.0 slices

Onion Jam, prepared 2.0 cups

Goat cheese 2.0 cups

Tomato 30.0 slices
Preparation

Prepare the Lemon Gin Mayonnaise
- Combine gin, lemon zest and juice in pan and cook off alcohol, reducing to 3 oz.
- Combine gin and lemon mixture with Hellmann's® Real Mayonnaise and tarragon. Chill until use.

Prepare the Onion Jam
- Cook onions in oil for 20 minutes, stirring often.
- Add remaining ingredients except butter and allow to thicken for additional 10 minutes.
- Remove from heat, add butter, and stir until melted. Set aside.

Prepare the Burger Patties
- Combine all ingredients and mix well.
- Form 30 (2 oz.) patties and chill until use.

Prepare the Sliders
- Cook burgers until the internal temperature reaches 165° F.
- Spread Lemon Gin Mayonnaise on both sides of buns.
- Build burgers with remaining ingredients.
