Prepare the Chicken

  • Chicken Breasts, skinned, boned and flattened 10 each
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Soy sauce 0.25 cup
  • Fish Sauce (Vietnamese) 0.25 cup
  • Ginger, chopped fresh, grated 1 Tbsp
  • Garlic, chopped 1 Tbsp

Prepare the Sandwich

  1. Prepare the Chicken

    • Marinate chicken in sugar, soy sauce, fish sauce, ginger and garlic for about 2 hours.
    • Grill chicken.
  2. Prepare the Sandwich

    • Spread baguettes evenly with Hellmann's® Light Mayonnaise.
    • Top with prepared chicken breasts, carrots, cucumber, leaf of basil, cilantro, mint and jalapeno, if desired.
    • Serve immediately.
