Prepare the Cajun Mayonnaise

Cajun Seasoning, prepared 0.25 cup
Prepare the Burger

Beef patties, cooked to desired doneness 10.0 each

Cajun Seasoning, prepared

Blue cheese, crumbled 1.0 cup
Assemble the Burger

Kaiser rolls 10.0 each

Cajun Mayonnaise, prepared 1.5 cups

Preparation

Mix the Cajun Seasoning
- Combine all ingredients and mix well.

Prepare the Cajun Mayonnaise
- Combine Hellmann's® Mayonnaise with Cajun seasoning and mix well.

Prepare the Burger
- Dust beef patties with Cajun seasoning on both sides.
- Sauté burger to desired doneness and melt cheese on top.

Assemble the Burger
- Toast Kaiser Rolls.
- Spread prepared Cajun mayonnaise on buns.
- Assemble the burger with remaining ingredients.
