Prepare the Four cheese sauce

  • LeGout Cream Soup Base 1 qt
  • Parmigiano-reggiano, freshly shaved 0.5 cups
  • Pecorino cheese, shaved 0.5 cups
  • Asiago cheese, shredded 0.5 cups
  • Fontina cheese, shredded 0.5 cups
  1. Prepare the Four cheese sauce

    Bring all ingredients to 165°F for 1 minute. Stir until combined. Cool and hold.
