Preparation

  1. Smoky Chipotle Habanero Aioli Ingredients

    • In a small bowl, mix the chipotle in adobo with the bonito flakes and let sit 5 minutes.
    • Transfer that mixture to a blender with the spicy mayonnaise, seeded habanero, smoked paprika, grated ginger, and black pepper.
    • Blend on high until completely smooth (about 2 minutes).
    • Taste and adjust heat with a bit more adobo or habanero if desired.
    • Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving cold.
