Balsamic Mayonnaise

Top the burger with roasted tomato and basil

  • Balsamic Mayonnaise, prepared 1 cup
  • Ground beef patties 10 each
  • Ciabatta bread, square, split and toasted 10 each
  • Mozzarella, fresh 10 slices
  • Tomato, Heirloom, roasted, sliced 20 each
  • Basil chiffonade 1.3 cups
  1. Balsamic Mayonnaise

    • Combine all ingredients and chill.
  2. Top the burger with roasted tomato and basil

    • Cook patty to desired doneness and melt cheese on top.
    • Spread Balsamic Mayonnaise on roll.
    • Build the burger. Add tomato and basil.
