Brown Gravy Mayonnaise

Cheddar and Chive Mashed Potatoes

  • Heavy cream, warm 0.5 cup
  • Chives, chopped 0.5 cup
  • Cheddar Cheese, shredded 0.5 cup
  • Mashed potatoes, prepared 1.5 lbs

Prepare the Meatloaf

Assemble the Burger

  • Brown gravy mayonnaise, prepared 10.0 oz
  • Cheddar and chive mashed potatoes, prepared 20.0 oz
  • Onion rings, fried 20.0 each
  • Texas toast, toasted 20.0 slices
  • Meatloaf patties, prepared 10.0 each

A meatloaf patty grilled to order and topped with creamy cheddar and chive mashed potatoes, fried onion rings and a brown gravy mayonnaise.



  1. Brown Gravy Mayonnaise

    • Combine all ingredients and whisk until well combined. Hold refrigerated until service.
  2. Cheddar and Chive Mashed Potatoes

    • Fold in heavy whipping cream, chives and cheddar cheese to the prepared mashed potatoes. Hold hot for service.
  3. Prepare the Meatloaf

    • Combine all ingredients and form into a loaf. Bake at 350F for 1 hour. Set aside and cool.
    • For service, cut the loaf in 10 slices.
    • Cook each slice to order on a griddle.
  4. Assemble the Burger

    • Spread the brown gravy mayonnaise on each piece of toast. Add the griddled meatloaf patty, top with 2 oz. cheddar and chive mashed potatoes and 2 fried onion rings.
