Prepare Basil Cream Sauce

  • LeGout Cream Soup Base 1 qt
  • Basil leaves, packed 1 cup
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
  1. Prepare Basil Cream Sauce

    • Add basil into prepared soup base and bring to 165°F and hold for 1 minute; add salt and pepper to taste. Let cool and hold until needed.
    • Remove basil leaves prior to preparing pizza.
