Prepare the Dip

Cream cheese 5.0 oz

Blue cheese, crumbled 5.0 oz

Smoked shredded cheddar cheese 0.75 cup

Yogurt, plain 0.75 cup

Green Onion 0.25 cup

Hand-pulled, cooked, shredded boneless and skinless rotisserie chicken 3.0 cups

Hot Sauce 0.75 cup

Smoked paprika 1.0 tsp
Preparation

Prepare the Dip
- In a large bowl, stir together all ingredients until mixed well in to a oven safe dish or crock pot
- Cook slowly for approx ¾ - 1 hour or cook on low heat in a crock pot for 1 ¼ hours or until cheese is melted and dip starts to bubble on edges.
- Stir occasionally to ensure even cooking.
- Serve with chips, crackers and vegetables.
