Preparation

  1. Step 1

    Grill artichokes until tender, then chop and set aside.

    In a skillet, melt butter and add onions, cooking low and slow with brown sugar until caramelized.

    Combine caramelized onions, grilled artichokes, Hellmann’s Real Mayonnaise, sour cream, onion powder, onion salt, garlic powder, olive oil, salt and pepper into a bowl.

    Mix well and chill until ready to serve.

    Serve with waffle potato chips.
