Grilled skirt steak marinated in Hellmann’s Charred Tomato and Garlic Dressing is combined with grilled red onions, marinated tomatoes and roasted peppers, then finished with a creamy fresh herb and feta sauce and wrapped in a grilled flatbread.

Ingredients
Marinate the Skirt Steak

Skirt steak 3 lbs

Red onions, sliced 1 cup

Salt 1 Tbsp

Crushed red pepper flakes 1.5 tsp
Prepare the Marinated Vegetables

Roasted red bell peppers 1 lb

Tomatoes, cut in quarters 1 lb

Jalapeno, deseeded, cut in thin strips 1 Tbsp
Finish the Dish

Greek yogurt 0.5 cup

Lemon juice 0.25 cup

Basil, fresh, chopped 1 Tbsp

Parsley, chopped 1 Tbsp

Oregano, fresh, chopped 1 Tbsp

Garlic, minced 1 tsp

Feta cheese crumbles 1.5 cups

Flat Bread 10 each

Romaine lettuce, shaved 10 cups
Preparation

Marinate the Skirt Steak
- Marinate the skirt steak in the Hellmann's® Charred Tomato and Garlic for at least 1 hour and up to 2 hours.
- Grill the red onions and set aside.
- Brush the excess marinade from the steak and grill over high heat for 6-8 minutes for medium rare or to desired doneness.
- Rest the steak, then slice into strips. Season to taste with salt and crushed red pepper flakes.

Prepare the Marinated Vegetables
- Cut the roasted bell peppers into strips and combine with tomatoes, Hellmann's® Charred Tomato and Garlic and jalapeño peppers to marinate.

Finish the Dish
- Mix the Greek yogurt with Hellmann’s mayonnaise, lemon juice, basil, parsley, oregano, garlic and feta.
- Grill the flatbreads.
- Build the flat breads with the herbed feta sauce, sliced skirt steak, marinated tomato and roasted bell peppers, grilled red onions and romaine.
- Drizzle with additional Hellmann's® Charred Tomato and Garlic.
- Roll and serve.
