Hummus with Greek Yogurt
Traditional hummus is made extra creamy with the addition of Maille Dijon Originale Mustard and Greek yogurt.

Ingredients per serving
Prepare the Hummus

Chickpeas, drained, rinsed 1.0 can (15 oz.)

Tahini paste 0.33 cup

Greek yogurt 0.25 cup

Lemon (zest and juice) 2.0 Tbsp

Salt 0.5 Tbsp

Maple syrup 1.0 Tbsp

Fresh parsley, washed and roughly chopped 2.0 Tbsp

Parsley, chopped for garnish

Olive oil, as needed

Paprika, as needed

Greek yogurt, as needed
Preparation

Prepare the Hummus
- Put all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth and creamy.
- If it’s too thick add some more water, lemon juice or olive oil. Stir in some Maille® Dijon Originale Mustard, garnish with a dollop of Greek yogurt and finish with some chopped parsley, paprika powder and a splash of olive oil.
