The Chicken Skewers


Create a brand-new classic with this juicy combo of Latin and Spanish flavours. This fresh spin on chicken skewers combines Hellmann’s Real Mayonnaise with chimichurri and padron peppers.

Preparation

  1. The Chicken Skewers

    • Create the Chimichurri marinade: mix half of the Hellmann’s Real Mayonnaise with half of the ingredients, except the padron peppers, limes and sea salt.
    • Place the chicken fillets in the marinade, cover and chill overnight.
    • Arrange the marinated chicken pieces on skewers with the padron peppers, sprinkle with sea salt and grill until cooked through.
  2. The Sauce

    • Mix the remaining half of the ingredients and Hellmann’s Real Mayonnaise until well blended.
  3. Service

    • Plate the chicken skewers with the dipping sauce and lime slices on the side, and top with edible flowers.
