BBQ Beef Mac Bowl
Classic Mac and Cheese gets upgraded with a Texas twist-BBQ braised beef, crispy breadcrumbs and a brightly flavored avocado crema.

Prepare the BBQ Demi- Braising Sauce

BBQ sauce, of your choice 1.0 qt

Water, filtered 1.5 qts
Prepare the BBQ Beef

Beef chuck, cubed 8.0 lbs

Salt and Pepper, to taste

Vegetable oil 0.25 cup
Prepare the Mac and Cheese

Panko bread crumbs 3.0 cups

Parmesan cheese, grated 0.25 cup
Prepare the Avocado Crema

Guacamole, prepared 0.5 cup

Sour cream 0.5 cup
Preparation

Prepare the BBQ Demi- Braising Sauce
- Using a large saucepan, combine the demi glace powder with the BBQ sauce and the water.
- Slowly bring to a boil and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Set aside.

Prepare the BBQ Beef
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Season the Cubed Beef with salt and pepper. Add oil to a large braising pan and brown the beef on all sides.
- Transfer beef to a large hotel panand cover with the prepared BBQ Demi-Braising Sauce. Cover and cook for 3 hours at 350 F.Allow to rest and shred/ pull the BBQ beef.

Prepare the Mac and Cheese
- Using a large bowl, mix the panko crumbswith the cheese and the Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise.
- Place the prepared Knorr Soup du Jour Mac and Cheese in a half hotel pan. Top the mac and cheese with panko mix and brown in the oven at 400 F for 10-12 min.

Prepare the Avocado Crema
- Combine the guacamole, Hellmann's mayonnaise, sour creamand the KIF Citrus Fresh. Transfer to a squeeze bottle.

Finish the Dish
- Divide theMac and cheese into individual bowls.Top each bowl with BBQ Pulled Beefand Avocado Crema Sauce*.
