  1. Prepare the dish

    • Charr all the vegetables very well on a hot grill.
    • Cut the carrots, shred the cabbage, slice the beans about 1 inch long, and slice the celery.
    • In a hot wok, sauté the vegetables briefly. Remove most of them and reserve.
    • Add prepared Knorr base, garlic, onion, Knorr Caldo, and soy sauce. Bring to a boil.
    • Add drained noodles and bring them back to a boil. Stirring constantly, cook until the liquid has been absorbed and the noodles are tender.
    • Remove to platter and top with remaining vegetable
