Prepare the Buffalo Mayonnaise

Prepare the Carrot Slaw

  • Carrot, grated 1 cup
  • Cabbage, shredded 1 cup
  • Yellow onion, julienne 0.5 cup
  • Butter 1 Tbsp
  • Salt, kosher
  • Toasted celery seed 0.5 tsp

Prepare the Burger

  • Ground chicken patty 10 each
  • Pepper jack cheese 10 slices
  • Sliced pickles
  • Kosher salt and black pepper to taste
  • Hamburger buns, toasted 10 each
  • Green Leaf Lettuce 10 leaves
  1. Prepare the Blue Cheese Mayonnaise

    • Combine ingredients and mix well. Chill until use.
  2. Prepare the Buffalo Mayonnaise

    • Combine ingredients and mix well. Chill until use.
  3. Prepare the Carrot Slaw

    • Cook ingredients in melted butter until vegetables are slightly wilted.
    • Season to taste.
  4. Prepare the Burger

    • Cook patty until internal temperature reaches 165° F.
    • Spread Blue Cheese Mayonnaise and Buffalo Mayonnaise on buns.
    • Build burger with remaining ingredients, top with carrot slaw.
