Loaded Chipotle Chicken Nachos
Corn tortilla chips piled with rich shredded adobo chipotle chicken, black beans, velvety colby and munster cheeses, guacamole, salsa fresca and fresh cilantro.
Simmer chicken thighs, sliced onion, crushed garlic, oregano and chipotles in adobo in prepared Knorr® Professional Caldo de Pollo broth for 45 minutes. Shred the chicken and pile on top of corn tortilla chips with colby and muenster cheeses and black beans in two layers. Heat until cheese has melted and garnish with desired toppings such as chile sauce, chile-lime crema, salsa fresca, sour cream, guacamole, sliced jalapeño, radish and fresh cilantro.
Quesabirria Tacos con Consome
Beef cooked low and slow with house-made guajillo chile paste and an authentic Latin beef base for fall-apart tenderness.
In a large pot add chuck roast, quartered onion, crushed garlic, bay leaves, avocado leaves, and Knorr® Professional Caldo de Res prepared per package instructions. Cook low and slow for 2 hours. Add a chile paste made from rehydrated guajillo chiles and garlic and continue simmering for another hour. Once the meat is fully cooked, remove and set aside. When cool enough to handle, shred the meat. Strain the stewing liquid and combine enough liquid to moisten the pulled beef. Use the remaining braising liquid as a consommé. Enjoy with quesabirria tacos, ramen or pulled beef sandwiches.
