Carne Asada con Rajas (Steak Fajitas with Roasted Poblanos and Onions)
Knorr Professional Caldo de Res is used to perfectly season this carne asada recipe. You can even use the seasoning to top off the dish at the end.

Ingredients per serving
Prepare Carne Asada con Rajas

Skirt steak, trimmed and sliced 1.0 lbs

Large poblanos, cleaned, sliced 4.0 ea

Onions, medium, sliced thin 2.0 ea

Garlic cloves, minced 3.0 ea
-
Olive oil 2.0 Tbsp

Cumin, ground 0.5 Tbsp
Preparation

Prepare Carne Asada con Rajas
In a very hot skillet begin to saute the poblanos and onions for about 7 minutes. Once the peppers and onions have a nice char on them add your garlic.
After the garlic is cooked remove all ingredients from skillet. Set aside.
Generously season the skirt steak with cumin and Knorr Professional Caldo de Res and saute until desired doneness.
Add the pepper and onion mixture back to the skillet. If your wish to add more seasoning use the Knorr Professional Caldo to Res to top off dish.
