  1. Prepare Carne Asada con Rajas

    • In a very hot skillet begin to saute the poblanos and onions for about 7 minutes. Once the peppers and onions have a nice char on them add your garlic.

    • After the garlic is cooked remove all ingredients from skillet. Set aside. 

    • Generously season the skirt steak with cumin and Knorr Professional Caldo de Res and saute until desired doneness.

    • Add the pepper and onion mixture back to the skillet. If your wish to add more seasoning use the Knorr Professional Caldo to Res to top off dish.
