Prepare the Burger

Seasoned Turkey Patties, prepared 10 each

Brown gravy mayonnaise, prepared 1.25 cups

Dinner roll 10 each

Mashed potatoes, prepared 2.5 cups

Blistered Vegetables, prepared 2.5 cups
Preparation

Prepare the Brown Gravy Mayonnaise
- Combine the ingredients and whisk until well combined. Hold refrigerated until service.

Prepare the Blistered Vegetables
- Sauté the parsnip and red onion with herbs and season to taste. Hold hot for service.

Prepare the Seasoned Turkey Patties
- Mix all ingredients until combined and form into 10 patties. Chill until service.

Prepare the Burger
- Grill turkey burger to a minimum internal temperature of 165°F.
- To assemble, spread 1 Tbsp prepared Brown Gravy Mayonnaise on each side of the roll.
- Build burger with ¼ cup mashed potatoes and ¼ cup Blistered Vegetables.
