Prepare the Brown Gravy Mayo

Prepare the Blistered Vegetables

  • Parsnip, small dice 1 lb
  • Red onion, small dice 1 lb
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
  • Herbs de Provence, to taste

Prepare the Seasoned Turkey Patties

  • Turkey, ground 2.5 lb
  • Hellmann's or BestFoods Extra Heavy Mayonnaise 2 oz
  • Panko bread crumbs 4 oz
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
  • Herbs de Provence, to taste

Prepare the Burger

  • Dinner roll 10 each
  • Brown gravy mayonnaise, prepared 10 oz
  • Seasoned Turkey Patties, prepared 10 each
  • Mashed potatoes, prepared 20 oz
  • Blistered Vegetables, prepared 20 oz
  1. Prepare the Brown Gravy Mayo

    • Combine all ingredients and whisk until well combined. Hold refrigerated until service.

    Note: Choose Hellmann's® Real Mayonnaise or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise depending on region or taste.

  2. Prepare the Blistered Vegetables

    • Sauté the parsnip and red onion with herbs and season to taste. Hold hot for service.
  3. Prepare the Seasoned Turkey Patties

    • Mix all ingredients until combined and form into 10 patties. Chill until service.
  4. Prepare the Burger

    • To assemble, spread 1 T. Brown Gravy Mayo on each side of the roll.
    • Grill turkey burger to a minimum internal temperature of 165°F.
    • Build burger with ¼ cup mashed potatoes and ¼ cup Blistered Vegetables.
