Camarones con Arroz Blanco (Shrimp with White Rice)
This simple shrimp dish gets a boost of bold flavor from Knorr Professional Caldo de Camarones.

Ingredients per serving
Prepare Camarones con Arroz Blanco

Shrimp, 10/20, peeled and deveined 4.0 lbs

Green peas, frozen 0.5 cups

tomatoes, diced, canned 2.0 cups

Onion, small, diced 1.0 each

Cumin, dry 0.5 Tbsp

Olive oil 2.0 Tbsp

Chopped cilantro 0.5 Tbsp

Rice, white, cooked 0.5 cups
Preparation

Prepare Camarones con Arroz Blanco
Begin to sweat onions until they become translucent for about 3 minutes. Add the diced tomatoes and simmer for 10 minutes till the tomatoes are cooked down.
Add shrimp, Knorr Professional Caldo de Camarones and cumin. Let the shrimps cook for about 3 minutes.
Add frozen peas and cook them short in the sauce. If it needs adjusting simply add more Knorr Professional Caldo de Camarones.
Serve with white steam rice, Spanish rice or roasted potatoes and garnish with chopped cilantro.
