  1. Prepare Camarones con Arroz Blanco

    • Begin to sweat onions until they become translucent for about 3 minutes. Add the diced tomatoes and simmer for 10 minutes till the tomatoes are cooked down.

    • Add shrimp, Knorr Professional Caldo de Camarones and cumin. Let the shrimps cook for about 3 minutes.

    • Add frozen peas and cook them short in the sauce. If it needs adjusting simply add more Knorr Professional Caldo de Camarones. 

    • Serve with white steam rice, Spanish rice or roasted potatoes and garnish with chopped cilantro.
