  • Quinoa, cooked 3.0 cups
  • Bulgur, cooked 7.0 cups
  • Parsley, chopped 1.0 cup
  • Chopped cilantro 1.0 cup
  • Cherry Tomato, small dice 2.5 cups
  • Avocado, sliced 3.0 each
  • Cucumber Ranch Dressing, prepared 15.0 oz

Traditional tabbouleh with quinoa, cherry tomatoes, avocado and cilantro adding flavor and texture. Topped with creamy Ranch dressing blended with cucumber and lemon zest.

Preparation

  1. Prepare Cucumber Ranch Dressing

    • Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
    • Yield: approximately 2.5 qt.
  2. Finish the Salad

    • Combine grains, herbs, tomato, cucumber and mix together. Top with remaining ingredients. Drizzle with Cucumber Ranch Dressing.
