Preparation

  1. Prepare The Rice

    • Cook the Carolina Gold Rice according to the package instructions. Keep warm.
  2. Prepare the Shrimp

    • Season the shrimp with salt, black pepper.
    • In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
    • Add the shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  3. Prepare the Vegetables

    • In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
    • Add the chopped celery, green bell pepper, and onion. Sauté until the vegetables are tender, about 5-7 minutes.
    • Add the minced garlic and cook for another 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Make the Gravy

    • Prepare the Knorr® Professional Chicken Gravy according to the package instructions.
    • Pour the prepared gravy into the skillet with the vegetables. Stir to combine.
  5. Prepare the Gravy

    • Prepare the Knorr® Professional Turkey Gravy according to the package instructions. Keep warm.
  6. Combine and Serve

    • Add the cooked shrimp back into the skillet and stir to coat with the gravy and vegetables.
    • Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.
    • Serve the shrimp and gravy mixture over the warm Carolina Gold Rice.
