Ingredients
Prepare the Elderflower Cordial

Water 6 cups

Elderflower Clusters 25 each

Finely grated zest and juice of a lemon 3 each

Finely grated zest and juice of an orange 3 each

Sugar, granulated white 4 cups

Citric acid 1 tsp
Prepare the A-Pear-Atif

Lebanese cucumber, chopped 2 Tbsp

Pear vodka 3 Tbsp
-
Knorr-infused elderflower cordial, prepared 3 Tbsp

Gin 3 Tbsp

Lime juice, fresh 2 Tbsp
Preparation

Prepare the Elderflower Cordial
- Bring the water to a boil. Place the elderflowers in a large container and add the lemon and orange zests.
- Pour the boiling water over the elderflowers and the zests. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Strain the mixture into a saucepan and add the sugar, citric acid, lemon and orange juice and Knorr Ultimate Intense Flavors Citrus Fresh.
- Bring to a simmer to dissolve the sugar.
- Cool to room temperature, transfer to a sterilized bottle and keep refrigerated.
- Use to make boozy or virgin cocktails or sorbet.

Prepare the A-Pear-Atif
- Muddle the cucumber with the vodka.
- In a shaker ⅔ full of crushed ice, combined the muddled cucumber/vodka mix, Knorr cordial, gin, Knorr Ultimate Intense Flavors Citrus Fresh and lime juice.
- Shake well and strain into 2 well-chilled cocktail glasses and top with one large square ice cube.
