Preparation

  1. Step 1

    • Combine Hellmann’s Real Mayonnaise, black garlic, roasted garlic, raw garlic, egg yolk, anchovies, Worcestershire sauce, fish sauce, lemon juice and zest, Dijon mustard, Tabasco and black pepper in a mixing bowl.
  2. Step 2

    • Slowly whisk in olive oil to emulsify.
  3. Step 3

    • Stir in grated Parmigiano-Reggiano and season with salt to taste.
  4. Step 4

    • Chill before serving for best flavor.
