Born and raised in San Diego, Chef Christine Rivera has always had a love for Mexican food and culture. A culinary-trained graduate from the Culinary Arts Program at Grossmont College, Christine worked in various San Diego kitchens. Today, she is the Chef de Cuisine at Partner/Executive Chef Trey Foshee’s Galaxy Taco, a casual Mexican eatery.
