Preparation

  1. Steak

    1. Season ribeye with salt and pepper.
    2. Sear in a hot skillet with butter until desired doneness. Rest before slicing.
  2. Frites

    1. Cut potatoes into fries, soak in water and dry thoroughly.
    2. Fry in hot oil (350°F) until golden and crispy.
  3. Truffle Aioli

    1. Blend garlic and olive oil until smooth.
    2. Whisk with Hellmann’s Real Mayonnaise, Dijon, lemon juice, truffle oil and truffle gatherer’s sauce.
    3. Chill before serving.
