  1. Prepare the dish

    • Mix the Knorr liquid chicken base with lemon juice and zest, thyme, and garlic. Add this to the chicken breast and allow to marinate for at least 1 hour, up to 4.
    • Set oven to 350 degrees. Bake the chicken for 15 minutes until done. Remove, rest, and slice thin. 
    • Turn the oven up to 425 degrees.
    • Mix the cream cheese and pesto together well. Spread on the flatbread evenly.
    • Top with the chicken, artichokes, sun dried tomato, and red onion.
    • Finish with the cheeses and bake until cheese is melted and starts to brown.
    • Sprinkle over the parsley, slice, and enjoy.
