  1. Prepare the Dish

    • Cut corn into quarters lengthwise.Mix LCB with oil and spices and brush on the corn. Roast at 450 degrees for 12 minutes or grill until slightly charred.
    • For Cilantro Mayo- combine all ingredients in a blender. Serve chilled.
    •  Serve with Cilantro Mayo on the side for dipping.
