Preparing the cauliflower wings

A flavorful and vegetarian twist on traditional buffalo wings, featuring crispy cauliflower tossed in spicy mayonnaise sauce. Perfect for satisfying guests looking for bold and spicy flavors.



  1. Preparing the cauliflower wings

    • Break the head of cauliflower into florets, about 1½-inches wide. Place in a large plastic bag or container with a lid and pour 2 cups of the Hellmann’s Spicy Mayonnaise. Mix to evenly coat each piece. Store in refrigerator overnight or for at least 4 hours.
    • Preheat the oven to 450˚F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Drain cauliflower, discarding marinade. Place in a single layer on prepared pan. Bake for 40 minutes, flipping halfway.
    • Serve remaining Spicy mayonnaise on the side for dipping.
    TIP: Pair this recipe with carrot and celery sticks. These can be dipped in the same sauce or with a side or ranch.
