  1. Prepare the Dip

    • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and grease a half hotel pan.
    • In a large bowl, mix together softened cream cheese, sour cream and mayo.
    • For cheese mixture, combine 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, ½ cup Parmesan cheese, 6 cloves of grated garlic and ½ jalapeño finely diced.
    • To the same large bowl, add spinach, artichoke hearts and cheese mixture, and combine.
    • Portion out into containers. Consumers to add cheese and/or panko and bake at home.
