Born in Los Angeles and raised in Pico Rivera, Chef Wes is best known as the culinary mind behind the award-winning Guerrilla Tacos.

Raised on Chicago's Southside by a tight-knit family with strong cooking roots, Chef Jonathan was named Chicago's Rising Star Chef in 2018.
