  • Baby Arugula 1.0 cup
  • Carrots, julienned 1.0 cup
  • Radishes, thinly sliced 1.0 cup

Serve the Dish

  • Banana peppers, sliced 0.5 cup
  • Pickled red onions, sliced 0.5 cup
  • Fresh dill sprigs 0.25 cup
  • Falafel, fried 30.0 pieces

This open-faced sandwich tastes as good as it looks. The mayo seeps in to the focaccia’s toasted nooks and crannies, while fresh dill and pickled red onions add exciting flavors to this light, fresh lunchtime delight.  



  1. Prepare the Focaccia

    • Toast focaccia slices and spread with Hellmann’s Heavy Duty Vegan Mayonnaise.
  2. Prepare the Topping

    • Top with baby arugula, carrots, and radishes.
  3. Serve the Dish

    • Top each with 3 fried falafel, and garnish with banana peppers, pickled red onion, and dill sprigs.
