Prepare the Pico de Gallo

  • Tomato, diced 0.75 cup
  • Onion, diced 0.25 cup
  • Pickled jalapeno, small dice 0.25 cup
  • Cilantro, minced 2.0 Tbsp

Prepare the Burger

  • Ground Beef 3.75 lbs
  • Muenster cheese 10.0 slices
  • Hamburger buns, toasted 10.0 each
  • Taco Cream Cheese, prepared 1.25 cups
  • Taco Seasoned Mayo 1.25 cups
  • Pico de Gallo, prepared 1.25 cups
  • Avocados, cut into 10 slices 10.0 slices
  • Green Leaf Lettuce 10.0 leaves

A ground beef patty spiced up with corn and taco cream cheese stuffed inside, then topped with pico de gallo, Muenster cheese, avocado, jalapeno and taco seasoned mayo.

Preparation

  1. Prepare the Taco Cream Cheese

    • Whisk together all ingredients until smooth. Reserve refrigerated.
  2. Prepare the Taco Seasoned Mayo

    • Whisk together all ingredients until smooth. Reserve refrigerated.
  3. Prepare the Pico de Gallo

    • Combine all ingredients. Reserve refrigerated.
  4. Prepare the Burger

    • Create a stuffed patty by sealing 6 oz ground beef around 2 Tbsp Taco Cream Cheese. Grill until cooked through. Top with a slice of Muenster cheese.
    • Spread Taco Seasoned Mayo on both sides of the bun.
    • Build burger with remaining ingredients.
