  1. Patty

    • In a bowl, combine all patty ingredients. Stir well without overmixing and form into patties.
    • Cook over medium-high heat 3-4 minutes on each side.
    • When patties are almost done remove from heat. Brush one side with melted butter and then place into blackening seasoning butter-side down.
    • Place patty onto hot griddle seasoning side down, 1-2 minutes or until seasoning forms a crust.
    • Assemble burger on toasted buns.
