  1. Prepare the Dish

    • In a medium bowl, combine chicken, jalapenos, 1/3c buffalo wing sauce, cream cheese, LCB, and black pepper.Mix well and divide into appx 24 2tbsp portions.Shape as desired and refrigerate at least 1h.
    • In small bowl, combine eggs, milk, and 2tbsp buffalo wing sauce.Mix well.
    • Dredge chilled poppers in flour and knock off excess.
    • Dredge floured poppers into egg mixture, then bread crumbs.Be sure to coat popper well at each step and let excess liquid from egg mixture drip off before coating with panko.
    • Fry @ 350 degrees appx 4-6 minutes or until golden brown.
    • Serve with carrot sticks, celery sticks, and Hellmann’s Creamy Ranch Dressing for dipping
