Prepare the Stuffing

  • Parsley (chopped) 3.0 Tbsp
  • Garlic powder 1.0 Tbsp
  • Poultry seasoning 0.5 Tbsp
  • Salt 1.0 tsp
  • Black Pepper 0.5 tsp

  1. Prepare the Stuffing

    • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
    • Place bread cubes into a large bowl.
    • In a sauté pan, sauté onions and celery in butter until translucent. Cook for another minute. Then add to the large bowl.
    • In a separate bowl, combine Knorr Liquid Concentrated Bases (Chicken), eggs and remaining herbs and spices, stir until well combined.
    • Add wet mixture to the bread mixture and stir until combined.
    • Add to a greased half hotel pan and bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees.
    • Chill and cut into portions.
