Ingredients per serving


Prepare the Marinade

  • Tofu, firm cut into 6 equal slabs
  • Grapeseed oil 0.5 c
  • Knorr Vegetable LCB 2.0 Tbsp
  • Sriracha 1.0 tsp
  • Gran sugar 1.0 Tbsp
  • Parsley, fresh, chopped 1.0 Tbsp
  • Korean chili powder 1.0 Tbsp
  • Garlic, minced 1.0 Tbsp
  • Whole or split young carrots6-10
  • 1/4 lengthwise one zucchini
  • Mushrooms, cremini6-8

Prepare the Dip

  • Hellmans Vegan Mayo 1.5 c
  • Korean chili powder 1.0 Tbsp
  • Lime juice 2.0 Tbsp
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste

By Grilling the Tofu this will give a wonderful charred flavor to it. The beauty about tofu is that it is a blank slate that allows for it to absorb the flavors around it and grilling helps to enhance those flavors



  1. Prepare the Marinade

    • Mix all ingredients together
    • Rub marinade on tofu and let sit 30 min to 24 hours in fridge
    • Grill all and arrange in a nice manner making sure to get some nice char and grill marks on all
