Prepare the Marinade

  • Firm tofu cut1 pound cut into 6 equal slabs
  • Grapeseed oil 0.50 c
  • Sriracha 2 Tbsp
  • Knorr Vegetable LCB 1 tsp
  • Gran sugar 1 Tbsp
  • Parsley, fresh, chopped 1 Tbsp
  • Korean chili powder 1 Tbsp
  • Garlic, minced 1 Tbsp
  • Whole or split young carrots 8 each
  • Zucchini 1/4 lengthwise 1 piece
  • Mushrooms, cremini 8 each

Prepare the Dip


By Grilling the Tofu this will give a wonderful charred flavor to it. The beauty about tofu is that it is a blank slate that allows for it to absorb the flavors around it and grilling helps to enhance those flavors

Preparation

  1. Prepare the Marinade

    • Mix all ingredients together.
    • Rub marinade on tofu and let sit 30 min to 24 hours in fridge.
    • Grill all and arrange in a nice manner making sure to get some nice char and grill marks on all
