Prepare the Salad

  • Green peas, blanched 1 lb
  • Artichoke hearts, quartered 1.5 lbs
  • Grape tomatoes 0.75 lb
  • Red onions, sliced 0.5 lb
  • Prosciutto, diced 4 oz
  • Tarragon, fresh, chopped 0.25 cup
  • Hellmann's® Mayonnaise Pail Light 4 gallon, pack of 1 1.5 cups
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
  1. Prepare the Salad

    • Combine all ingredients and chill.
