1. Prepare the Soup

    • Use Knorr® Broth Mix Chicken Powder to cook the tiger shrimp and amaranth for spare.
    • Place amaranth in a round mold after cooked.
    • Put cooked tiger shrimp, pour prepared Knorr® Concentrated Chicken Base over the shrimp surface, use cornstarch to adjust thickness of the soup.
    • Garnish withcrab roe.
