Usage Information

Preparation

BEEF SOUP: Add 1 pound Legout Standard Beef Flavor Base to 5 gallons of boiling water and serve. For Au Jus add 2 gallons of boiling water and 1 pound Legout Standard Soup Base. OTHER SOUPS: To soup prepared as above, add desired amount of cooked vegetables, cooked barley, or well drained, cooked egg noodles. HAMBURGERS: For bringing extra zest and flavor to hamburgers, dissolve 1/4 measuring cup of Legout Standard Soup Base in 3/4 cup water and add to 4 pounds of ground beef.
