BEEF SOUP: Add the contents of this container to 5 gallons of boiling water. For smaller quantities, add 4 ounces or 1/2 measuring cup to 5 quarts of boiling water. For individual servings, add 1 level teaspoon to 1 measuring cup of boiling water and serve. AU JUS: Add the contents of this container to 3 gallons of boiling water. For smaller quantities, add three tablespoons to a quart of boiling water. OTHER USES: Add LeGoût® 095™ Low Sodium Beef Base to your own stock for extra enrichment and superb flavor. A small quantity will greatly improve the beef flavor of gravies, stews, sauces, meat pies and meat salads. Sprinkled over roasts before cooking, LeGoût® 095™ Low Sodium Beef Base will give the meat an extra fine flavor and add richness and zest to the gravy.
