Sweet and rich dessert mix with the flavor of real caramel. Perfect for making crème brule or flan.

1. Fully cover bottom of individual 4 oz molds with one tablespoon of Knorr® Caramel Sauce and chill until slightly set. 2. Add contents of Knorr® Crème Caramel Flan Mix pouch to two quarts (64 fl oz) of milk. Bring to a boil stirring constantly. 3. Simmer for 1 minute and stir. 4. Ladle hot mixture into prepared molds. 5. Refrigerate 2-4 hours or until set. 6. To serve, invert finished product onto plate and serve chilled. Yield will be approximately 16 (4 fl oz) servings. NO-BAKE EGG CUSTARD: For an easy No-Bake Egg Custard, eliminate step 1 and prepare the mix according to directions. Serve chilled with a sprinkling of nutmeg.
