1.00ptKNORR ® Beef Select Base 6 x 2 Lb ,prepared 
1.00lbBeef, air-dried ,soaked & chopped into pieces
1.00qtLEGOUT CREAM SP BSE 1 x 22.5 Lb ,prepared 
1.00tbspThyme ,chopped fine
  Black pepper, ground to taste

Preparation

2) Melt butter, add diced onions, saute onions until tender
3) Add beef, prepared soup base and prepared cream soup base. Sprinkle with thyme.
4) Bring to a simmer, adjust seasoning and consistency if desired.


yield: 1 1/2 qts.

Serve over toast, bisquits or mashed potatoes
