2.00cupScallions , chopped
1.00cupCelery , chopped
0.25cupButter
3.00cupTomatoes, plum , seeded and chopped
2.00tbspHot pepper sauce
2.00cupRice, white , rinced and drained

Preparation

1. In a large pot, dissolve Turkey base in water. Add turkey to broth.
2. In a large sauce pan, saute scallions and celery until tenter in butter. Add the tomatoes, hot sauce and season with salt and pepper.
3. Add the vegetables to the turkey broth mixture and add the rice. Transfer to a baking pan.
4. Season and place in a 375 degree oven, covered for 20 minutes. Uncover and stir to evenly distribute the turkey, vegetables and rice. Return to the oven and cook until the rice is tender and has absorbed all the liquid. Taste and adjust seasoning.
