1.00lbOnions , small dice
2.50lbChicken meat , ground
4.00ozButter match
4.00ozAll-purpose flour
8.00flozCream 35%, whipping cream
1.00qtLeGout 095 chicken base, prepared 
8.00ozGreen chilies , canned, small dice
1.00tbspCumin, ground
1.50tspGround Coriander
1.50tbspGarlic(1) , chopped
0.10tspCayenne pepper

Preparation

1. Cook beans in boiling water until tender, drain well.
2. Melt butter match, saute onions and garlic until tender, add ground chicken and cook about 5 minutes.
3. Add flour and blend well. Add seasoning and green chilies. Add prepared chicken base and bring to a simmer.
4. Add cream, corn, season to taste with salt and pepper.

Notes: Garnish with sour cream, green onions, diced tomatoes, and jack cheese.
