Preparation
1. Prepare mousse according to package directions. Add the liqueurs and contine whipping until well blended. Refrigerate until ready to assemble.
To Assemble: Sprinke cake in the bottom of parfait glasses, pipe mousse to the middle of the glasses, add another layer of crumbled cake, pipe mousse to the top of the glass. Garnish with raspberries and mint leaves. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
